I sure do, because I know I've done it once before! But that case was kind of scary because I wasn't really in control, and I didn't know it was going to happen.
If I knew how to do it again, but do it under my terms, I would definitely give it a shot.

I have heard of this phenomenon and even read a story from a missionary once who spoke of a shadow walker trying to kill him. It creeped me out to say the least.
