When your pregnant your frequent urination begins around 1 1/2 months and goes to about 3 months. Then tapers off around the middle of the pregnancy and comes back around the 7ths or 8th month of pregnancy. The beginning months of pregnancy is when your uterus is growing and expanding. This will be pushing on your bladder to accommodate the uterus. Your baby generally won't kick your bladder but the pressure of the growing fetus will cause pressure on your bladder causing you a strong urge to urinate.
If you have small "accidents" you can try wearing a pantyliner. Don't slow down on drinking water because your peeing a lot, your body needs water still.

At the end frequent urination is common because the baby is pressing down on the bladder. In the beginning some women do experience this.

If you are not having any other symptoms like pain, fever, burning, discoloration it's probably the baby but of course if you are overly concerned consult your Doctor. Good Luck with the impending birth!

i'd think it'd be worse at the end because the baby is bigger an there's more weight pressing against your bladder

The growing child presses down on your bladder.
