Hun,nothing you can buy is going to make people start noticing you.Fashion,is from within you.When you feel good in something and accept yourself for who you are.People will notice,you will give off these vibes.If you dont feel good and comfortable in something,it will show as well.Just smile,and be happy with who you are inside and be happy with yourself.I guarantee that someone will notice.Clothes are merely that,clothes.They dont make the person,you make the person.Just be yourself,and people will notice you for that.Good luck.

Belted Turtlenecks

Leopard print accessories
Boyfriend sweaters
TWEED
Over-sized bags

Leggings (although i despise them.. especially with the mini)
Lacy blouses
Corsets
Ballet flats
Short jackets
By adding in some of your own personal style woth some of these Fall "must haves" you'll look great ..and have heads turn!

Don't wear anything at ALL from ABERCROMBIE and FITCH or AMERICAN EAGLE or sometimes HOLLISTER unless you want to be labeled a prep. Now me I like baby phat rocawear and applebottoms. C i am from DC so u can c I am into the urban fashions. Also yes I am white. Just because ur white duznt mean u have to preppy. U should try looking at clothes at www.drjays.com www.babyphat.com www.rocawear.com or www.applebottoms.com they have some REALLY cute stuff! Also do not wear leggingz under minis!!! UGH SOOOO U-G-L-Y!

Get a longer shirt the doesnt completely hug then match with skinny jeans a pencil skirt or dressy shorts throw on a pair of heels and a long neclace and prepare to acknowledge a stare.

The hell with the fashion. If you want to make friends or get guys to like you then talk to them. If they judge you by your clothes they aren't worth having as friends. Wear whatever you like. You make friends with people not their clothes.
