I just heard that this friend of mine is in the hospital because he has a "full-body cramp" which he probably got from playing basketball....
I was just wondering what is a full-body cramp and how do you get it?

Three things:

1 at the best point of sex many people have it
2 at the point of heart attacks or strokes
3 A lack of water causes the muscles to cramp

Peace

Hope this helps!

Full body cramp? Tetanus would do that, but it wouldn't stop and you would die. I'm more inclined to think of a seizure of some kind. That would involve the whole body.

Electrolyte imbalances (calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium) will cause muscle cramps that can be very painful, but won't hit the whole body at one time unless the imbalance is severe enough to require hospitalization.

If you are having this problem I would suggest you getting to your doctor and finding out the cause.

I had that it was all over at once. When I was a kid I was taking a bath and then suddenly it stuck me out of the blue I don’t think it last that long but mannnn did it hurt I hope I ever have it again.

Oh, I not sure exactly what cramp are. All I know your muscle stiffen up with pain shooting through it.
