its sad when people do that. there is nothing you can do other than ignore them and proof them wrong - so in time people will know you are not doing the talking at all. find a counslor (teacher or spiritual leader - don't let it make you feel worse.

You have one thing going for you: you know they aren't true friends. That's important in this day and age. Make sure that the biggest gossip in your school knows what they are doing and then ignore them. It's tough, but necessary. Hold your head up high and find a new set of friends. The gossip will take care of them and they will be watching their backs. There is an old saying, "Live by the sword, die by the sword." Gossip can be inserted for sword. Good luck, dear.

It goes a little like this- The people who dont matter at all in your social circle, well will probably choose to believe whatever they may. However, your true friends will not believe the stuff at all. People, they will talk about you until the end of time, not a damn thing you can do to stop it, just ignore it and act like it does not bother u at all.

You need to relax a little and concider a whole new group of friends.
Try not to get upset and do not think of revenge.
" The best revenge is living well"
Try to focus on your future, good skills,a good job, your own car, home, etc.
Don't let these gossips ruin your outlook.
I know it seems "Huge" right now but doing well in life is worth more of your attenion.
Give these people the cold shoulder and start thinking about "YOU" and your future.
Be a sucess,thats your revenge.

I know that this may be really hard in school but you need to ignore them and don't give them the pleasure of seeing you upset. They are acting in an immature and unfortunate manner and they don't deserve your attention. Stay away from them as much as possible and if they must sit near you at lunch or wherever, concentrate on a book or school work. This will end eventually.

I've been through something like this many years ago. I can tell you that I wish I would have just ignored it all. You can't feed into it. Don't let them see you cry because it will encourage them. When people say stuff to you, just walk away, don't encourage them.
I wish you luck and I want you to know that this will not last forever. Karma will come back and get them!

Your ex-friends are saying this about you...why?!?! Um, this may sound a little drastic, but I suggest you confront them about it. If they have a problem with it, I suggest to take it to your counselor - or to someone that will make them listen. Evidently, there are too immature to talk to you, so they rat on you to other people. I'm sorry, though - I hope things get better. You should get this problem dealt with as soon as possible - it's not fair to you to endure this.

When ever someone tells you that thye heard something let them know that it is not the truth and why that person is saying those things.
You have to let the people know that you are being lied about, even if it is just that simple, by saying, "It's a lie."

its not all that bad...and nothing to be crying about. Be strong, you dont need them. Just ignore them. If their spreding lies about you just be honest with people and tell them the truth. The truth rings louder then the lies. And if your still having issues with them go to the school counseler and talk to them about what your exfriends are doing to you. They might be able to confront them about these lies they are spreading. If not talk to your parents, and possibly see if you can transfer to another school...or change classes...anything.

They are not your friends. They are of probably just jealous of you for one reason,or another. Try making new friends, not everyone is going to believe them. I hate it when people belittle others to make themselves feel better. Best of luck! Don't let them get to you!
