Busta Rhymes by far! There is no other rapper who can stretch, fold, unfold and wrap up lyrics like he does. Maybe others have better content, but he has more signature than all the others combined.

Tupac Shakur...no if's, and's, or but's about it. His music was real, he wasn't talking about how much money he had or ridin on 22 inch rims like these rappers today. His music was poetry for real. He was telling the truth about how his life was and how hard it was at times

depends on what you mean as in greatest rapper.do you mean lyrics or subject matter/emotion/ flow. ill put it this way rakim is the best rapper when it comes to lyrics. while tupac is the best at emotion/ subject matter/ etc,but not lyrics while he by no means is bad with lyrics.overall good question but try to be more specific,PEACE!!!
