In states, 25,000 Pesos is equivalent to 500 Dollars. Is there a way that i can earn if ill invest it to a small business?

It seem too small a sum to do anything worthwhile. You may invest in other businesses, but there is no guarantee that you will yield a good return. You might even lose the sum of investment in no time.

Of course you can. If I were in the Philippines and wanting to invest 25,000 Pesos, I'd be looking at http://www.ebay.ph
You can easily buy items and resell for a profit. Just make sure you know your market very well, and take precautions to be prepaid for you items before you ship the item.
Also, if you have computer skills, take a look at the following websites, for how you could make money producing websites, or advertising on the internet. Again, be careful, learn your market, and spend carefully.

I will suggest you to plan an advertisement strategy for your business. Today starting a new business is not that big challenge but actual challenge is to advertise that business in a better way. Start a business which has scope in your area. Whenever someone thinks to start new business first he/she should consider area (country, state and target customers) then make a proper strategy for new business.

Well you can always purchase a bunch of lottery tickets and hope to win.
Or do something that you enjoy doing, figure out a way to make a business out of it and hope you succeed.
Not all business ventures are successful in the first try. Most of the time you invest and lose. You need to find your niche.

You could buy some stock and grow that $500 into a larger amount. Not a lot you can do with $500. However, if you do invest it, be aware that you could just as easily lose money as gain money.
