Amen sister. Some people just need to get a life. I may not agree with everything that Bush has done, but he is our President and I support him.

You're speaking of Liberals. Liberals are cowards. So, they pick an easy target, one that's highly visible, and one that's not going to fight back, because he has more important things to do. It makes them feel stronger. This is easier than facing the reality that there are millions of people out there that want to destroy anyone who doesn't believe the way they do. Complaining is easier that offering reasonable alternatives, which Liberals can't do, because they have none. Liberals live in a dream world and believe that, if we just "sit down and talk" with the people who want to kill us, magically, they won't want to kill us anymore. They can't admit that there are problems that need to be dealt with, and there's only one way to deal with them. Life is hard. Most people can't take it.
However, if this were a Liberal Democrat President doing exactly what Bush was doing, the same people would be saying how wonderful he was. It's the typical Liberal double standard. For some people politics is everything. It doesn't matter who's dying, who's right and who's wrong. Being in power is everything. Even if it means loosing a war started by a violent, unrelenting enemy, or even loosing the country itself.
The current Democrat party has been overrun by Liberal extremists who have no clear political platform. All they offer is negativism and insults. Their only interests are power and money and they will not tolerate anyone or anything that keeps them from said interests. The Democrat party is not what it used to be. Unfortunately, far too many Democrats are too busy, blindly soldiering away for "the cause", to see that their party has been stolen from them.
Bush is bad because he's not "open minded" and "tolerant" like the Democrats.

Americans, look for someone to blame for everything that is going wrong in the US at the time. Right now Bush happens to be in office, so people are always making cracks about how he horrible he is when in actuality, it wouldn't matter if the president in office was Republican, Democractic, Independent, etc just someone to blame. So exactly. The people of the United States of America elected him and because of the events that are playing out during the Bush terms, people want to complain because THEY elected him into office. Really messed up but hey that's welcome to the US
Who knows what the current cabinent in office hasn't told the country about what's going on. Who knows what secrets have been kept over the centuries by previous cabinents. I'm not trying to justify the war in Iraq, but there are so many angles that the people of the US are unwilling to consider because one simple, easy answer is presented.
If we don't give foreign aid to countries such as Iraq or Lebanon, then why the heck has the US gotten involved? You have to realize that it all takes time and money
In Iraq we're paying billions of trillions of $ to pay for the reconstruction of the government to ensure that another Saddam doesn't come along and destroy all the soldiers both alive and deads' purpose in Iraq which was to take Saddam out, rebuild the gov, and rebuild the damage we created.
Lebanon--After Israel fired one missile, (which was from the US because we have so few allies and Israel just happens to be one of them) the United States was involved no matter how much we didn't do to stop them until recently. I'm all for justice against terrorists, however Israel is not the country to be threatening Hezbollah because of the ever present hostile coming from the other countries in the Middle East who lost land when Israel offically became a country in the Middle East. (I do not in any way have problems with Jewish, Arabic, or American people, just trying to explain what's going on in the world Sorry if I've offended anyone I really don't mean to.

I totally agree. People just need to complain, and it is very in right now to diss bush. He is not as bad, and not even responsible for half the things people say about him. Now, I am not a huge fan of bush, but I still respect him. All the TV shows make fun of Bush, so all these people do. Half of these people dont even care or even follow politics. They dis Bush because everyone else does.
Everyone says that "Things were so much better when Clinton was president". The kids at my school always say that, and I am like "You were in 5th grade where he was in office, what could you know about him being a good leader."
People always look to the leader when things are bad, the only problem is that now it is whats cool to not like Bush.

"Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts. " Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan.
I find it important to get behind the buzz to figure out what is truth, before making a stead fast conclusion. Some people do indeed just want to complain, but I see things a bit differently than you do on this point. First I do not believe complaining about George Bush is overexercising free speech, any more than defending him in, that is what free speech should be. I honor your right to disagree with me and would never try to dissuade you from that, any more than I would expect you to try to dissuade me from my beliefs.
Do I feel he is awful? As a person perhaps no, as a President, I feel there is documented evidence in THIS presidency of his failings and shortcomings. You are free to disagree, but here are some resources I use to support my opinion that our President is not the best. I don't expect perfection, I do expect accountability, and if the next president is as bad, I will speak that truth.. To me our country is infinetely more important than partisan politics.. To accept a party line, or "just trusting authority" on their word has proven neither practical nor a pragmatic way to run our goverment, and it is time for Americans to become aware of the real issues so that they can defend their position WHATEVER it is (even if you oppose me).

I honestly think it doesn't matter what person is in office you are ALWAYS going hear complaints about the President that is in office. So after Bush just wait for a whole new set of compaints for that President to endure.*

I'm not with you. I think George Bush is a retard. Have you ever heard him talk? Good GOD. Aside from me not liking his personality, I can't say whether what he's done as president is right or wrong. I mean, my bf got sent to Iraq and almost died, so I guess I'm a bit upset about that. I just think it's about time we got a woman in the White House to get this country into shape. You know a woman would fix it all. But sadly, there's too much ignorance out there, and I doubt we'll see that happen for sometime.

I don't know. People might be complaining that he has given billions to help people in other nations money when they need help bubt hasn't helped enough of the people here. Or maybe because he declared war and sent thousands of soldiers to their deaths. The freedom of speech is a priviledge and I say let people speak their minds till their tounges rot.
