You should start at about age 14 or 15. Boyfriends should be checked out by your parents. But usually 15 to 16 is the norm.

I"m a mom of a 10 year old boy, and I don't see any point to letting him go out with a girl until he is at least fifteen years old. Personally, I'd rather wait until he's sixteen.
Boys mature (emotionally) later than girls for the most part. They tend to be ruled by their hormones. There are always exceptions to the rule, however.

I think about 14 is a good age, but don't expect any first relationships to be dead serious. But you might get lucky. I met my first bf when I was 14 and was with him for 2 years. He moved to England.

I was 14 before I was allowed to start seriously dating. Before that, it was just saying we were "going out" and basically holding hands or going to the movies with a big group of friends.

Well i started datin when i was in kinder and i had a bf in kinder so i would say whenever your ready to have a bf.

I ddnt start datn till I was 15, but I think it's more a personal thing so wen you're ready you'll know

I guess when you start to feel good and comfortable about it. When you actually need a boy to care about you. It is really different for different people.
