Taco Bell gave me the tacoshits! I want to see them until they are dirtass broke! Can I sue the livingshit out of those motherfuckers or not?

How would you prove their food gave it to you? Isn't the evidence gone? Even if you went back, got food samples, had them analyzed, and found E. Coli (for example), that wouldn't prove the bacteria was in the food you ate. I don't think you have a chance.
What you could do is report your story to your local (county) health department and ask them to visit that TB. That seem reasonable.
FWIW, I've eaten at Taco Bell occasionally for a long time and I never had any problems with them, so it's not a corporation-wide problem, it's your local TB's problem.

Since they didn't give you diarrhea of the mouth which you clearly have I don't think so. If you didn't go to the doctor immediately after you can't prove it was their food and they can't prove that it wasn't a flu. Sorry. Take something for the mouth like a dictionary with some better choices in words.
