I have read your expressed frustration, and it has been wonderfully said. Bravo to you for speaking your mind! Your opinions count, so don't give up speaking them. It is often, the odd ones, if you will that are leaders that's why those such as yourself...may not be the popular one on the block...but the reason you are not the follower is you rule by your own convictions...or heart...! Therefore, I am thankful to know I am well connected with those such as yourself. It is a breath of fresh air, and a spark of hope, for effort that is draining sometimes because it seems the odds are against me/us and effort/s put in to try and make our world a better place. So...thank you for your inspiring words, and opinions that count in my little corner of the world. Your heart is your leader...that tells me the depth of compassion you have for human kind. Don't give up...for someday soon we may meet all in one place...holding hands in courage as we do in present time but will be on a greater scale for all who are fallen to despair, hopelessness, repression, depression, and so on. We are all they have, and our strength may spark hope in them somewhere to find their courage again, and continue on with us until their strength has been restored to pass on that spark to the next...and so on...and so on...! Your words are the sound of bravery on fire...a living torch...you are shinning bright...keep going...I am one right beside you...Woo-hoo! Great job! Thanks for asking a very important question.

I've often thought of the same thing.Maybe life and society are to advanced in this world and the people bashers feel they have a right to voice their opinions in any harsh and hateful way they want to.I do believe in God but I don't put people down for their beliefs (or non). After all who am I to judge. Besides there are some wonderful, loving and helpful people that don't believe in God.One stores love, values and morals within them and you certainly sound like you have plenty to give.Don't give up just continue being you.

I agree with you. There is so much hatefulness and anger here that it is sickening. Why do others feel that they have to bash others for what they believe. I often skip questions that I don't agree with and just go on to others that I could answer without being negative or judge mental. The truth is we can't change the world but we can be a better example and ignore all the nonsense.

1.Religion- I have grown up in a household where my parents have given me the freedom to explore different religions and cultures and find where i belong..where i find peace.I believe you are exploring and that is good.where you find peace is where you belong..
2. woman-We are not lower than man! i don't know what your background is like but i know that i have had quite a few challenging time in my life where i have been put down and cursed because of my gender. I think the way i have gotten through all those challenging times is finding where i find peace,I guess somehow it gives me strength to just keep going..hmm i'm so sorry to hear how much pain you must be feeling..

People love to hate. Makes them feel better. It is the easy way out. Instead of trying to fix your imperfections, just lower everyone else downward. Just like we do to our celebrities. We put them up on a pedestal only to rip them right down again. Tom Cruise is the latest victim of this.
People come in all different points on the evolutionary chain. You just have to put up with the ones who haven't quite made it as far and try to not let them get to you that much.

I feel that way all of the time. You r so right. I do not care that you have no religion, but I am christian...so donnot be offended, but god made us a certain way, and no matter what we do he forgives us, so why does it matter? Do you really think this is the way to live? You and I, I guess are the more intelligent people in the world. We obviously know how to live, so live it up!

i think, for some reason, it's all magnified by this website when you are on it. there's so many crazy questions. i get very upset by it, and then i decided i'm not going to have a battle of wits with people who are unarmed, it just isn't fair.... sometimes i just type that as an answer to an upsetting question. there are more advanced people. don't let anyone ensnare you into a senseless argument if that's not how you want to spend your time.

I don't know. I think the problem is that people are full of themselves and arrogant. They think that what they are doing is right (for example: their religion) and if your religion is different than their's then it must be wrong because if it wasn't, that'd mean THEIR religion is wrong.
But mostly, people are just way more concerned about pointing out everyone else's flaws than their own. It's easier to say someone else is wrong than to say that they, themselves, are wrong.

The big surprise is that the answers to your questions are too obvious to see! The 'advancement' of society is impeded by society. We all feel the exasperations of hatred, bigotry, violence, inability to 'get along' & refusal to 'tolerate' each other. I'd say simply to focus on the 'good news' & ignor the chaos of silliness around us. It will give you an ulcer! It would seem your question was a good outlet for you to 'vent' & 'rant', but rest assured, we ALL are disappointed with ourselves!! But we're all we've got, so it's important to continue to TRY to love, to love peace, to be understanding, to understand our shortcommings & to tolerate our circumstances. 'Peace out cub scout!'

People with inferiority complexes and no self assurance try to feel better by judging and demeaning the others. It has nothing to do with open minds ,civilization ,advanced society accepting etc.
It only has to do with people feeling bad about who THEY are.
