No. Something would have to be very important for me to consider surgery.

If you really want to- if you are emotionally upset by an inability not to wear heels, I say you have the right to consider it.
Just consider also, that both the surgery and the shoes can be bad for your feet and back in the future.
But thousands of other women make that very same decision when they wear heels, as well. SO why shouldnt you get to wear what you really want to? (kind of odd I know)
I dont wear heels because I cant walk in them, and never have the opportunity. But I know how important it can be for us women emotionally to be allowed to express and live out our feminine traits and priveleges. Its a female's gift to get to do certain things or look a certain way, and its painful to be denied those gifts.
So if your heart is in it, give yourself that gift!!! :)

No way! Gosh knows I loves heels, but I wouldn't give in to surgery.

Nope! I use to work for a podiatrist and I would often assist him during the surgeries. Seeing what goes on first hand is not a pretty thing.

Heck no!! That's a completely crazy waste of hard earned money! Besides, sky high heels are kind of trashy looking, so why spend a ton to look cheap?
