ticketfinder.com or go to the website of the event ur planning to go see.. like if its a band go to their official site / also try startickets.com

It doesn't seem like there is one. I know when I was looking for Green Bay Packers tickets, I was referred to a web site, EventUSA, but they sell second hand tickets. There are a lot of second hand ticket sellers.
