no, it will kill small birds however. A 420 fps gun might kill a squirrle, but not a 320. I have a 365 gun and it won't kill squirrels.

Thats 218mph. I dont think an airsoft bullet maintains its speed very well though. They tend to deform a little and because they are so light their drag slows them down a lot. I would seriously doubt that something not even capable of puncturing skin beyond about 10 feet would kill a squirrel. Its still highly illegal to shoot them though.

Depends on the ammo. If you are using those little foam pellets, probably not. You'd have to soak them and then freeze them to make them lethal (to squirrels, anyway).

It depends on the type of ammunition you are using and where you aim your weapon.

Plastic pellets or be-be's shouldn't cause death if the weapon is aimed at the torso but any type of metal projectile at close range will cause death to the animal.
