What would be the meaning (binary code?) from space if using or receiving the numbers 1 as a single or multiple number?

Hi Binary code requires two states, normally 1 or 0 . Could be strong or weak, noise or silence, whatever two states you choose but it must be two.

They can mean anything that you want. Remember, your computer only knows binary. Look what all you can do with it.

( I mean I can respond to your question with this stupid answer. And fundamentally it's all in binary. )
