If you have never had sex (which means vaginal entry of a penis because sperm can come at anytime whether a guy pulls out or not. That is sex.) then you have to tell your mom because something is very wrong and she needs to take you NOW to an emergency room.

If you're a virgin, why would you worry about telling your mom? Tell her, you probably have a yeast infection and I wouldn't suffer with it any longer than necessary.
Do you have a fever? If yes, tell your mother immediately or get to an ER. Don't be silly about this---why on earth suffer? There are walk in places, etc---all the energy you used writing this and crying could go to getting well!
Take care honey, don't be ashamed or embarrassed about your body and for goodness sake take care of yourself!

Please don't feel embarrassed talking to your Mom about this issue. Woman have problems all of the time that have nothing to do with sex. This sounds really bad though. I would be scared if it happened to me. Go talk to your Mom, she's there and she'll be able to help you. I'm really sorry for all of the pain you are going though.

Tell your mom. You're a virgin. She won't be mad, only concerned. She may know or have some advice. It might be just a urinary tract infection or a yeast infection. But talk to your mom. that's what she's there for.
