Is this trick question? Why can't you marry the brother or sister of a dead spouse? There is no consanguinity involved. The two people would have to have the same blood ancestor for consanguinity to exist. I know of several situations in which the widow or widower married the brother or sister of the deceased spouse. This would have the uncle or aunt also become the new stepfather or stepmother.
Weird things happen. Remember the old song, " I'm my own grandpa."
