I think about her constantly, and she knows how I feel about her. I am not sure if she feels the same way, but she has told me that she is gay. She is 4 years older than me, but I think I am in love with her. She told me that she has been hurt before, and I have told her that I would never hurt her. I would withstand all of hell to hold her hand. I e-mailed her and in that particular e-mail, I told her that I had strong feelings for her instead of just a crush. She called me and asked me if I had e-mailed her, I responded yes, and she then said that she had orientation and she wouldn't be able to check it for about two days. I am scared that she will think I am awkward. Am I gay?

Yes, but, I would die for this girl. When she says hey to me, I feel like my life has been made.

You're only homosexual if you engage in homosexual behavior. Right now you're being tempted with homosexuality. But if you control yourself and reject those desires, you haven't fallen into that. God wants you to have a relationship with a man, not a woman. God designed men and women to complement each other's masculine and feminine natures. Pray that God will help you, to fulfill you in your femininity and restore or build a desire to be with a man.

I have heard that 85% of all women are bisexual. If you are attracted to a person, male or female, then you should go after that person because you only live once. Attraction is one of the first stages of love I believe, and if it becomes love after you two spend some time together and realize that a relationship could work. Don't be afraid of the trivialities of courtship, if she is attracted to you then you can both just go from there. Gay is only a word, love has nothing to do with terminology, but sexuality also has no boundaries...

You know, I don't know how old you are and what your interests are but who cares if you're lesbian or bi or whatever???

Do what your heart says and if the relationship works out, GREAT! If it doesn't, well, just move on and get back to your life, you know.

I recently turned 18 and even though I'm a Christian, I personally don't think that God judges us because we are straight/gay/bi/etc.

I still consider myself a teen (even though I'm 18 now) and to be honest with you, I'm still not sure about my sexual orientation.

I think I'm straight but other times I think I'm bi.
Yes, I've had homosexual temptations before and I've went through a three-year long depression due to my confusion during my HS years but I think I'm done with all that.

Best wishes,

You may be curious, you may be bi, or you may be gay. You need to pursue her as you would have a man, if you ever did. Don't push her. Ask her if she would like to have a cup of coffee. Find out her interests and learn about them so that you have something to talk about. Or read the news paper or the latest book. Take it SLOW, though!!!! Good luck to you!

Oh and for Katrina:

If you don't want to hurt this girl. Then you need to do some real deep down soul searching. And make sure you are ready to "come out of the closet".It's a hard cruel world out there. As you can see by some of your answers.Only you can answer you question "Am I gay?" No one else can answer that for you.

only you can decide this for your self. the term gay really means HAPPY not so much homosexual. if you indeed care for her express this without being overbearing.be prepared to accept the answer reguardless of what it is . then proceed with or without her. good luck hope this helps

I don't think you are gay because gay means "merry" just like a ****** is a bundle of sticks.

You sound more confused than merry.
