Your bean probably won't grow in the hand sanitizer, because it is alcohol based and will dehydrate your plant.
The easiest way to grow your bean (if you're really dead-set against the whole "dirt" thing) is to take several paper towels (stacked together), damp them with WATER, put your beans on them, and fold the paper towels over the beans. Put them in a plastic bag, and in a warm place, and you'll have beans sprouting within a few days.
The plastic bag just keeps things moist, but it can also lead to mold... but if just sprouting the bean is your goal, the paper towels will do the trick.
Happy gardening (or kinda, anyway!)

Holy fcking idghjfdg, yes ! D: Once I had this longass cut on my thigh because a nail cut me right ? So all these people in my class decided to write on my leg . So when I read all of it, half the shitt was inappropriate and I'd get into trouble if I left it on my leg. So I go and get a handful of hand sanitize r, and I put it all over my leg. And then it gets into my cut, and I scream so fcking loud lololl . Ahhh D:

What is wrong with dirt? Never heard of anyone growing anything in sugar. It will just melt when you water the plant and it also attracts ants and creepy crawlers.

Me thinks you truly ARE the evil Drew.
Related to any Japanese terrorists I've shot?
At first I thought you were an inquisitive preteen. Sugar good for me- good for you...
But then I realized I was duty bound to forward your information to CDC and DHD and FBI for followup. Hope you enjoy the interrogation leasons to go with your biology and chemistry studies.
