should all the stares be merged into one? huh? and no all of the new england states shouldn't be merged. don't be jealous that we're so awesome. they should merge all those middle states because they're all the same anyway

They would have to agree to merge. I doubt the would as it would result in less representation in the Senate. Merging the state governments would also be a problem.

No. The people of each state are used to doing things their own way. Plus, we'd have to change the flag, and I like having 50 stars.

Perhaps it would save money but it will never happen because each of the politicians in the various states want to keep their own kingdom and it will NEVER happen.
