Hi, i could not give a chapter by chapter summary ,,, but the overall summary is ,,,, that Gen Lee was not prepaired to fight this battle.. Some historians like Shelby Foote have said that it seems that Gen Lee might have had a stroke during this 3 day battle and that is why he called for the charge on the last day , that decimated Gen Picketts command...
Also, the Northern Gen in command (?) Meade >? did Not take full advantage of his victory and pursue the confederates on their retreat back to Virginia.....

You need to read the chapters but if you put in chapter summaries and Gods and Generals you will pull up some info on the internet.
