What do you mean, what will become of them? They will still be Pluto's moons, just like they always have.

They stay as moons. In fact, there are asteroids in the asteroid belt that have moons, anything can have a moon, really.
Our Sun creates energy by nuclear fusion, specifically by fusing hydrogen into helium.

good question, i cannot believe the astronomers didnt make a resolutoion concerning Charon, clearly it is NOT a moon! pluto and charon orbit a point in space, charon does not orbit pluto.
so if pluto is a dwarf planet, charon should be one too and they become binary dwarf planet.
