I know boys get hurt more than girls when you reject them.
But in this case, if it bothers you so much, tell him early before things get out of hand.
Or you can tell him that at this stage of your Life, you simply have no special feelings for him and you are uncomfortable with his courting approaches. Ask him to kindly back off a bit and stay easy as a good friend. There's no telling what will happen in future (he might blossom and become cool/handsome).
If you really dont want to face him, get another friend to talk to him.

Well girl girl your not alone about an ugly boy liking you because their a boy I know and he likes me and well ever since I told him that I don't like him adn never will like him and well he was mad at me but know what he finally doesn't me.
