Funny enough Purple happens to accent hazel-green eyes. A really good one is from clinique, its called sparkling plum and it not only is a beautiful color but has a small sparkle. Now I can't judge what color you should wear by your eye color only so it's best to have a clinique rep. sugest what color you should wear.

Use a purple pencil liner, and gently apply it to the bottom. Not the top. :) It makes your eyes appear bigger!

purple or brown pencil. DON'T use BLACK! It looks cheap. I only apply liner to the top for an evening look.

Hmm.. i use MAC, or something expensive. if you use cheap make up then your make up will look cheap on you. it depends on what type of eyes you have. i have to do both top and bottom because I have chinky eyes lol. If you really want a professional answer then go to those Lanecome, Mac, or whatnot and ask them to help you out. They actually help!! =]
