I'd say about 350 in labor. Suggestion self-stick tiles are honestly not a very good choice trust me they almost always peal up. Sherwin Williams carries laminate flooring in a hardwood finish for $1 per square foot with 30 year warranty, they also have a tile pattern for $2.19 sq. ft.. Installation on this kind of floor should run you between $180 and $240 ($1.50 to $2 per sq. ft to install) considering the future this may be a bettor choice will definitely help at resale and it's not much price difference. you have 120 square foot.

why not just leave it wood? you can redo that yourself. if you get a pro to do it your looking at some bucks. i think for the most part vinyl tile looks cheap, but if your set on it, the cheapest way is to find a semi-retired handyman to do it. look in the paper, theyre all over the place. buy the tile yourself, if someone else does it they will jack up the price. i still didnt answer your question, it depends on the area you live in, and who you get to do it. for a pro, thats a small area and more of a pain in the butt than anything.
