Hi all!
Please bare with me on this, but I vaguely remember a book I read as a child (possibly published in the 1980's.) The plot was basically about a boy and a girl being lead through a fantasyland by a man...and I believe that "Musicland" or "land" is somehow in the title. I remember the cover was very colorfully illustrated showing the boy, the girl and their "leader" walking a path in the fantasyland. (It was thick paperback book) Can anyone help? I would REALLY appreciate it! THANKS!

"Musicland" or "land" may not be in the title either....I could definitely be mistaken. Thanks again!

Maybe "In the Land of the Music Machine"? by Anne Weber. It was printed in 1984. Go to http://www.ebay.com and do a search for the title. I found one copy for sale, if this is the book you are talking about.
