Most girls would rather be on the dance floor dancing with a guy then with other girls or not dancing at all. Ask away.. whats the worst they can do but say no. If you dont know how to dance ask a friend or even your MOTHER or sister. We all have been to dances and all know how to shake our thing.......

flow as much as the lady, faucet her gently and ask if she needs to bop. Thats it. If she says no its no longer a great deal somewhat yet while ur afraid have a pal in basic terms stand close to you while u ask her and if she says no u have some help and ur much less embarassed yet its no longer something something to be embarassed approximately. i used to be such as you all shy yet now i grind and connect with ladies at golf equipment each and all the time and nevertheless have many rejections yet nevertheless get in basic terms as many dances cuz i dont take rejections to heart and u shouldnt the two :)

just keep telling yourself every good thing about yourself. remind yourself that you have a lot to offer. be normal and have fun. if a girl doesnt want to dance with you, dont take it to heart--there's so many other fish in the big, blue sea

Just relax, is it someone you know, or do not know?
Either way, just relax, just talk to her first, then ask if she would like to dance with you.......you'll be fine
