stop looking out the rear view window.
ok seriously try this. think about your past for a moment, get a clear pictuer and then close your eyes and roll fingers over eyes - it'll create 'white noise' but has an erasing feature that seems to work with erasing past images.

It's never a good idea to dwell on things past. You say you are happy so absolutely press on...look ahead, not back! The past is gone and the future is yours. Don't waste it!
