Booters are so called "hacks" and arent allowed, many booters contain viruses and trojans.
You can do a lot of things to prevent getting booted:
There are many anti boot programs that can protect you from getting booted and you also can do some adjustments to the settings (dont accept IMs, turn off voice, word filter and so on)
