Did someone put a system password on through the bios? Does it even ask for a password. Generally if I have a bad bios problem, and this doesn't sound nice. I open up the case, located the bios jumper and set it to clear the bios. After a few minutes set it back to normal and restart the computer. Make sure you go to the bios setup screen and go through the various pages and check your settings. (Refer to system or motherboard manual on all of this) Resetting the bios can also be done by removing the circular bios battery.

Please unplug your computer before doing any of this... ground yourself to get rid of any static...

Probably there may be two reason behind the BIOS boot locked:

1) Check ur BIOS Battery..if it is outdated then you need to replace it & purchase a new one.

2) Someone already fixed/applied password in BIOS that is why you can't access BIOS. And in order to irease the password from the BIOS just repalcethe Battery for 5-8 seond & then again palce the battery there.

That's all.
Best of luck.
