What do people need?
How can I provide better pricing, better service, or higher quality?
What market in my city is under served, needing more options?
To answer you original question: Homes, Cars, Food, Appliances, Clothing, Books, Tools, Dirt, Air, Water, Your time, Ideas...
Get the idea? Anything can be sold, but you need to fill a need.

if you tried clothes, you will need a niche - like plus size kids clothes, or vintage clothes, or cheap urban jeans, or cowboy hats. Make your product special.
