Depends on your definition of "real men." Football is entertaining to me because I enjoy a game of strategy and luck, and football is both. (The snack food and camaraderie with friends is enjoyable too.) However, I am not above sitting through Masterpiece Theatre because it has more plot than most of the drivel that's on TV these days. An intelligent person can only stand so much sex, violence, and profanity, before getting bored and switching channels. MT has the same feeling of complexity, strategy, if you will, along with a little luck occasionally, that a good game of football might have.

Real men WATCH both, but only admit to watching football in any gathering of other Real Men. Hmm that's a hard question. And my answer is both. The reason...........
Well for one sports of any kind are infused (part of DNA) in a mans brain. It lets them feel primal ( especially with contact sports.
But on the other hand hes only a real man if he pleases his woman. And if i like the theater then he should be a "real" man and take me, no questions or comments asked or made.
So to all the men out there you had better step up!!!

Real men would watch either and it wouldn't matter. Real men will also watch the Gilmore Girls but only to look at Lauren Grahams "attributes". Real men watch whatever the hell they want.
