Maybe you don't realize what you may be stressed about because it has become a fact of your every day life. Your dreams may be telling you that you are stressed. Before you go to bed tonight calm yourself by breathing slowly and think of a happy memory before falling asleep. This may help. Also if you are on any medications then they may have an effect on your dreams. If so then talk to your doctor.

Stress will cause them, too much heavy food at night, too much thinking before bed, etc.
Before you cut the lights off, say your prayers, get a good book and turn on some relaxing music. When the book makes you get tired eyes, cut the lights off and put the music on a timer. You should be lulled into a deep relaxed sleep. If you wake up during the night, make a small glass of warm milk (really works) and drink it slowly.
Something is bothering you, but with some time, you should get over it.
Take care.

you may be supressing the flags which have tipped you off about an affair that your bf is having or needs to commence. it may basically be exhibits/video clips that you watch before you visit mattress - yet this has been happening too lengthy. You stated that you cope with to awaken continuously, different cases i wager you do not. this can seem to assert that there is an challenge you ought to to unravel (perchance w/ bf) before the challenge receives worse. this can be likely because you pronounced they all started after the affair occurred. the actual undeniable reality that that's been see you later may be the reason behind the hot added events on your nightmares. i ought to characterize that you communicate including your mom and father or your priest/pastor before you opt for any further action. it type of feels that you want some help looking your way out of the cycle.

Something you eat could be causing them. I noticed that when I had a chocolate dessert I would have bad dreams. My boyfriend has bad dreams if he uses mouthwash before bed. Many things can impact your dreams. Pay attention to what you eat and put in your mouth before you have the dreams. Maybe you can figure out the cause by eliminating something you eat all the time, until you get to the answer.

you are scared or stressed about something, are the dreams the same or different each night? that is what I would say it is to do with or if you eat before you go to bed it causes strange dreams including nightmares and it mainly comes from a citric acid based food for nightmares.

recurring dreams can SOMETIMES be the signal that your unconcious self is trying to tell your conscious self that something is wrong.....Recurring dreams are when the dream is the same time after time or so similar as to be essentially the same.......this recurring dream cycle is common in adults who were the victim of childhood abuse of a sexual kind especially......The fact that the dreams are coming is actually a positive sign that you are ready to deal with the repression

If the dreams are just random.....without a pattern or theme this would not normally be the case

What do you eat up to six hours before bedtime? Try not eating before bed. What medications do you take? Sometimes they can trigger nightmares too.

Melatonin gives me very vivid dreams. My blood pressure medication gives me nightmares, so I don't take it before bedtime anymore. Anything with tomatoes in it will give me nightmares too.

You may also have some underlying tension & stress that is triggering them.

I used to have bad dreams every single night. They weren't always nightmares, but just crappy stuff happening. I later found out it was that my bedroom was too hot. Every single night I slept that it was hot, I had bad dreams. I cooled it off, dreams went away.

better to dream a nightmare than to actually live through one. I wish it was a dream everyday.
