What about having my hand down my pants ?

Okay lets all practice a little etiquette here. The following are not to be done in public:
Do not pick your butt unless you're about to die. Then do so discreetly.
Do not pick your nose, even if it itches. If you must, then blow followed by a slight rub.
Do not grab you crouch with you hand and lift. Exception allowed if yo in the hood, and are pretending to be a rap singer.
Do not clear your throat and spit in public. I understand cultural etiquette allows for this in Pakistan and eastern Turkey, but its still gross.
When in Arab countries men are not allowed to cross their legs and show the soul of their shoes. This is a grave insult and you will be imprisoned.
With some practice our good etiquette will help make this world a little more beautiful.

Who cares? For real, when it gets to the point where it hurts, screw etiquite and pick it. Try not to make it obvious, but once you have a thong slice up your buttcrack, you will know that you just have to pick once it gets that serious. It is understandable. Just like the occassional boob scratch. Sometimes it has to be done. Guys grab their balls all the time! People will get over it.
Edit: I assumed you were speaking of picking the underwear out of your butt. If you are indeed referring to Blatently scratching your azz for an extended period of time, I don't remommend that. The ocassional scratch is acceptable.

No, but who cares? If it itches scratch. Otherwise you end up all uptight and that causes health problems.
