It depends on the situation......If it was a hot summer day and I was doing drinking lemonade outside, I'd probably fish the gnat out.......If I was at a restaurant I'd toss it and make them bring me a fresh one......

Fish it out. I'm sure i've eaten tons of bugs without knowing it. They're everywhere. If I was close to the bottom of it---I wouldn't bother trying to save the rest of the drink.

That is so gross. I hate those damn bugs!!!!! I'd get another drink because I'd be totally ewwed out!!!
