i was wondering, because there are plenty of people doing V8 swaps for the 13B rotary engine in RX-7's for sure, if there could fit a V10 into the RX-7 chasis, or RX-8, and if so, has anyone tried it? and if you don't know, then give me a guess if whether you think so or not and why?

I've owned 2 RX-7's before, and I don't know why you would want to ditch the stock Wankel! It's sweet!
Anyways, I've seen my fare-share of LS1-powered FD's and such, but never a V-10. I'm assuming the 10 cylinder you're thinking of is the 8.3 OHV lump from the Dodge Viper? Is so, I know it won't fit. Way too big. Not to many other V-10 choices besides truck engines, or you can do the BMW M5's 5.0L DOHC V-10 with 500-bhp, but that's gotta cost a pretty penny.
But I have to stress the best thing about the RX-7 is the handling. It has a perfect 50/50 front/rear weight distrubution, and throwing in a V-8 (or even a V-10 which would made it worse) will completely throw off your handling. The steering is also perfect, and an engine swap requires a steering colum (custom fabbed) and such, throwing everything out of whack. If you have the money and time go for it, but I think it's too much to get too little.

the authentic clarification for the V-10 engine lies in emission administration regulations. the automobile businesses won't be able to fulfill emission regulations with great displacement engines. With a great bored engine there is extra unburned air/gasoline. So, they desperate that to make the bigger engine they'd desire to shrink the bore length and develop the style of cylinders. definite, extra cylinders in many cases will equate to smoother working, this became into in basic terms an ingredient earnings of the unique project. additionally, i think that the Ford and the Chrysler V-10 have been based of their modular V-8 designs, meaning they only further the two cylinders to an latest engine. with the help of how, GM has found out the thank you to fulfill emission standards with the great Block Chevy, so flow determine.
