I have a cingular phone, and have had the same number with them for 4.5 yrs. I have been very satisfied over the last 4 yrs, but now charges keep on coming up, rollover minutes disappearing, and only told me that insurance only covers the phone number that you have it on, not all phones on the account (after my $400 phone was stolen) I was attempting to get them to help me track the phone down, which they will not do. The service just seems to have gone downhill in a hurry... are they getting too big for their own good that they no longer have a personal feeling relationship that seems that they actually care for the customer? (sorry for asking too many questions)

any feedback on what I can do to get the phone back, or whether t-mobile is worth switching over to (which way will I have less problems/complications/stupid people?)

I have had great service with TMobile. I switched after several long years with Sprint and a few years with Cingular. I love it, people on the phone help, they will do almost anything you ask for or come up with something comparable. Also, I love the new deal they just started. It use to be on new customers got really really good deals and existing customers got just good deals, well now existing customers will get those same deals. Plus you can change phones every 12 months. I still am always with someone who has Sprint service and I have more service then he every does. They isn't any roaming charges, its all covered. Also in Alaska and Mexico they have special rates and it worked great for my grandmother who just back from there, they could use it all over Canada. So, good luck choosing. Just make sure they are in all the locations you like to go.

No i have t-mobile and it sucks it has bad signal and drops calls and they charge too much when you go over minutes the only thing thats good is that they have caller tunes which means that instead of a regular ringer that people hear when they call they hear a song. And another good thing is that they give time to pay and when you take a long timee to pay they still let acccept calls but not make them so you have ur pros and cons. I also had cingular and they charge to much and they their signal is"nt the best. well good luck with your choice hope i was some help.

I used to have T-mobile and the service sucked! I switched to Cingular and the service was much better and I also found that the cust.serv. was a bit better.

I had a great history with T-Mobile. Excellent customer service along with consistent billing proved T-Mobile to be one of the best. Alas, I have since switched to Sprint, and am looking forward to the 2 year commitment to end, so I can hook back up with T-Mobile.

I have been with T-Mobile for about 3 or 4 years now. I love them. I rarely have problems & when I do they take care of it immediately & compensate me for the inconvenience.
