I would think that Rick, Hogan, and The Undertaker would be the top three. They've paid their dues and made their marks in the business. You gotta remember, a lot of the guys in the dressing room grew up watching and idolizing those three. I've been told by certain individuals involved in the business that, for the most part, all three are well respected and well liked.

For Young Wrestlers and Sports Entertainers, I would have to say: RIC FLAIR...
Like em or Hate em, Ric Flair still is out there, giving 100% and is now 56 years of age. He has seen the ups and downs of this business and isn't necessarily the biggest nor the strongest, but he does have Charisma...

The Undertaker. A consumate professional all of his career, willing to put young talent over, willing to look bad, and owning the title of Backstage General.

Yep, Undertaker. He is very respected in the locker room, too. And he deserves it. Hogan only knows four moves! Undertaker has more finishers than that! (OK, maybe he has four, but you know what I mean!!)
