See a dermatologist. They could prescribe Retin A or Diffren (love Diffren, been using that for acne since I was a teen).

But, also have her consider Polysystic Ovarian Syndrome. It's a common condition frequently overlooked. Acne at her age is a big sign. There's numerous other signs so you should look over a site and speak to a doctor.

Nothing works! I've tried everything. I'm 28 years old. Dermatologists, prescription drugs, and nothing on the market works. Trust me. If you find something though, let me know. I really don't believe Proactiv would work. It's a scam!

You know, at 35, it might not be acne; it might be rosacea (rose-A-sha).

Don't panic; rosacea is not some deadly condition, but is a skin problem characterized by not only acne (usually concentrated in one or two places), but ruddy, red blotchy skin.

It's quite treatable; any dermatologist can get her sorted out fairly quickly.
