You can get a negative result and still be pregnant, so you need to have it done by your Dr. especially if you think you are. The earlier you know the earlier you can start doing right by your child. IE nutrition do's and don't's.
If you are not pregnant it could be any of a number of other things causing the symptoms so you still need to see your Dr.

Are you feeling any other symptoms? Sometimes early pregnancy is not detected by home pregnancy tests. You may need to visit a doctor and have a blood test done to check your pregnancy status. Call your OB/GYN and explain what is going on and they can advise you further.

Try another one tomorrow and follow instructions to the T.
If is still shows negative you need to see a doctor on Monday, You might just have a bad case of stomach flu or some food poisoning.

you may not be far enough along for the pregnancy test to detect the hormone take one in a few days or go to the doc or health department to get a blood test! good luck

you might have a stomach bug....nausea and vomiting are not only associated with pregnancy...and those tests are usually very accurate
