We both flirt big time, but he has never mad a sexual advance at me, that's why I think he is waiting for me to make a move. I get really nervous around him. What is a good way to make a move, that is not cheesy, or trashy? Should I just kiss him, or what?

Assuming you are both single, I would wait for the perfect time and kiss him. Wait for that smile and eye gazing moment and lean in and just go for it......now or never as they say.
