Where does one get a party hat? OOOO is it like an easter bonnet with all the frills upon it? To see the easter bunny in the easter parade! hehhe Anyway, seriously paper hats go from 1$-10$ depending on quality, store and amount you need.

About a $1.00 - $3.50 for 6-15 in some places. And it depends on what kind. The ones with feathers on top cost waaay more. Also, it depends on where you buy it.

ummm the little cone shaped ones? they are like 4.50 at some party stores for like 15 or a 20 count bunch!
