i tried emailing to my fone but it removed it as not supported. is there anyway i can transfer mp3 file to my fone from computer.

u must have internet of your phone to do this, go to mixxer.com find upload your own music, give info, and your ready, once you put the music on their, go to the internet on your phone mixxer.com and go in your locker and download

the standard RAZR wasn't designed to handle music - you would want the V3c or V3m as they have mp3 song capabilities. The RAZR V3 itself doesn't have the memory or the ability to handle full songs. You can however do ring tones. Just make sure you are not getting them off iTunes, etc, as they have proprietary code in there your phone will not accept. Use original music off your cd's or burn to cd then clip and upload. Use Motorola Mobile phone tools and the cable - they sell the bundle online pretty cheap. You wont use data or air time that way.

yes you can it will only accept mp3 files need to get phone tools the reg razr will not accept full mp3 for that you need to go in the V3i c or m
