I was wondering if there will be a diablo 3 or not? Need info.

Hello.
Blizzard is amazingly secretive about things like this. Almost anything hinting at a Diablo III is a hoax of some sort.
However, it seems that Blizzard has indeed hinted at there being an announcement of a new game soon this next year. Read here: http://uk.pc.ign.com/articles/727/727892p1.html
This is far from definite, but it definitely looks promising that another Battle.net game is indeed in creation. It may be Diablo III, or something completely different. It's hard to tell at this time, but that's basically all that we have to go on right now, as Blizzard hasn't made any official announcements regarding a Diablo III.

On the Blizzard website, there is no discussion in the Under Development section of a Diablo 3, but Blizzard hinted at the most recent E3 that Diablo 3 may be in production.
On the Blizzard website, however, there is a job opening for a User Interface Artist that goes: "The team behind Diablo I and II is looking for an artist specializing in the creation of user interface art." Another one goes: "Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a talented and experienced game designer to work with the developers of Diablo and Diablo II."
Likely, the project will be Diablo 3, as the team behind Diablo I and II are working with these employees.
Also, Diablo 2 sold 2 million copies in the first 2 weeks, with over 7 million in total. Diablo 3 is what die-hard fans want, and it's basically a cash cow for Blizzard.

According to the rumors going around, there will be a Diablo 3, it's just a matter of when it's going to be announced. From what I've heard though, it's going to be an MMO, and the concept centers around Hell invading Heaven.
I'm not really sure how true it all is. After all, those are only rumors. :P But we can be hopeful anyway.

I'm not sure. I thought there was talk of one, but if so you would have thought it would have happened by now, since it's beena while since the release of 2. Check Blizzard's website, they probably have a customer service website/e-mail.
