2 grams of vit C 3 times a day or if need quicker remedy loratadine as usually recommended 1 tb twice a day

Zicam- It really works and it works within a day. Then if you don't want to get them ever again, got to the nutrition store and ask for Bee Propolis. Take one a day and you probably won't get sick- unless you have an infection,(like an abscessed tooth). It tastes nasty, so plug your nose and swallow fast, but it works.

An antihistimine will dry it up. try Claritin D -24 you only take one in 24 hours, it starts working right away, and continues for 24 hours. it works great for me. if you cant find it look for an over the counter allergy medicine with antihistimine.

Triaminic. It comes in a bottle, and is liquid. There's several varieties, and the liquids are bright red, bright orange, etc. Select according to your symptoms and follow directions. It clears sinuses in a hurry.

oka well first take ur vitamin now every day... and get some clariton... it really works well for me even if it has nothin to do with allergies... it just helps clear ur nose and help u stop sneezin
