Use a solution of 1 part vinegar to 4 parts H2O and a very soft cloth such as a buffer cloth for shoes.

I was just at AutoZone to find a cleaner for my Neon headlights. I got some stuff called Maguires" Plastx Cleaner. It worked great. It says on the back it can also be used for motorcycle windshields. It was only 99 cents for a one use packet or a bottle is like $10.

If your in USA go to local Home Depot and get plexiglass cleaner. (probably other home stores sell it as well but I saw it there yesterday) The stuff used for visors is good as well but a bit expensive for complete windsheild on a regular basis.Almost all chemicals cause lexan to craze or harden and become brittle

I use water, spray some on in a mist and let it sit for a little while, to loosen up any dirt, bugs etc. Then wipe off with a cotton towel

Use a non-abrasive dishwashing liquid and a t-shirt to lightly scrub off the dirt and grime. Under no circumstances use any cleaner with alcohol in it. It will cause discoloration.
