Is there any website i can see if my head gasket on my car was replaced with my VIN? Not CarFax?

I need to know if the head gasket on my 1998 Neon has already been replaced.

if it was a factory recall and was replaced, Chrysler should have records showing the work was done. If it was replaced by a mechanic, then there probably is no record that can be found

I don't know of any. There is no practical way to do it. Car Fax is the only one and it might not show that. It's all voluntary compliance.
