Whenever you plan allows you to change for free. New ones are coming out all the time. You would have to change every month to keep up.

I like to change phones EVERY year. But, when you are with a contract it kind of sucks because you often sign a 2-year contract!!...and it sucks because you see all these cool new phones come out!!!

As often as you drop it too hard and it stops working.

If you like em for style, probably every year or so, other than that 2-3. If your contract comes up, they'll give you a discount to sign another, so in this case it's liekly every 2 yrs.

whenever theres a new one in the market. so youre always up-to-date with the latest trends. like the ones we have here in the philippines. dopod, xda's, or the nokia N-series(yuchhhh!) oh well, better than nothin.....hehehehe *joke :D

i often go for the phones that runs in windows OS than symbian.

I don't know how often you SHOULD chane your cell phone, but I get a new one about every year.

i charge mine when it starts to beep. the first time i owned a cell phone i used to charge it every night. that caused the battery to be very weak and expect to be charged often. my battery started not lasting longer than a day. you should always let the battery run down before charging it

i've heard that 3 months make one human year in the mobile phone llife cycle so i would suggest changing every year (human year that is.);so like 12-16 months after purchase,cheers.

When it breaks. If you have the money to change every year or two depending on what company you are with.

i change every 10 months . i use my insurance and tell them the phone is not working properly and they automatically upgrade

I have 3 cellphones which I shift my sim card every week..just for fun..I have Nokia 6101 a 3220 and a motorolaSLVR L6.I like Nokia 6101 ofr its FM radio and the 3220 for its images and the SLVR for its look.
