Umm you mean the Japanese Hibachi Restaurants - they are awesome. The chef cooks in front of you and does tricks with the cooking utensils and throws you your food!!

It's not hibachi. Hibachi is actually a cooking instrument. The word you're looking for is "Teppenyaki". My husband and I CRAVE Teppenyaki and Sushi restaurants.

It's not chinese it's japanese and it is a Japanese grill and sushi bar that usually does that. mmmmm my favorite. (like the Sho gun restaurants)

ive never seen chinese places that do that, but the japanese ones are hibachi grills
