What crime do you think he committed? Iraq? Ha ha! Clinton told us Iraq had WMDs years before Bush took office. Also the war was voted on and approved off by congress BEFORE we went in. Bush is bullet proof because he really hasn't done anything wrong. Of course their are Islamic propogandists paid by Iran on this board who will disagree but its best to ignore enemy propoganda.

... that's what bush is hoping for...

but by that same token, you could argue charlie manson didn't commit any crime... at least in some crazy person's interpretation of the law...

but I don't think the courts will be so supportive of some of his actions... they have already struck down some of his ideas...

and I'm thinking more about abramoff and CIA leak...

the hole point of a law writen down is so that it only has a few interpreation. but i think the sumpreme court doesnt want to say oh bush did this he needs to go to jail or what not becouse if they did he would just say that they were standing in the way of the war on terriosm.

You sound like a typical criminal defense lawyer trying to defend his scumbag client whom he knows is guilty. C'mon Jellyman, you're smarter than that.
